Remote access to PC and Mac

In some cases, we can solve problems over the phone or by email, but some cases are not as simple and require closer cooperation between Netmail and users.
In thiscase, we can securely connect to your computer and help you to resolve the problem.
There is no need to install any “client side” application on your PC, and no need for higher access permissions than you actually have.

Windows or Mac? No difference for us. We support both platforms, users can have a PC with Windows or an Apple Mac.

Track solution problem

You always know what we are doing!! Every request is entered into our tracking system,including all the steps we have taken to solve your request, its actual status and time spent.

You will get an overview report of all of your tickets every month, so you know what you are paying for.
